Merge account for MOS Certification.

Question

I have two certifications so far, MOS-100 and 101 for Microsoft 365 and Office 2019. In my Certiport Account, I use a Gmail as the main domain of usage but I also have an Outlook account. I would like to merge two different account to my Outlook as the main domain but both has their own MCID.
