I have to redirect my page to another page "Mainindex.aspx" if we move back to previous page.

Store the previous page in Session. If the previous page in Session equals the current page then redirect to another page. You'll need to turn off caching so the page is always fetched from the server and not browser cache.
In my opinion the requirement makes little sense. Most likely there is a better design. Also, you tagged this post as an aspnet core question which it is not.

There are several ways to disable cache which is openly covered in the asp.net documentation. It is not clear if you want to disable cache at the page level or globally.
Page directive.

Why is the user not allowed to go back?

Actually i am making ecommerce website, so in order confirmed page i don't want user to go back to previous payment making and order placing page, inorder to avoid repeated order placed and having repeated data in order table.
