Where do I find operational logs regarding Conditional Access?
I've got A3 license and no additional Azure subscription.
Cannot find a trace why a device is being blocked by a Conditional Access Policy.

Have you tried going to https://aad.portal.azure.com/ then look at the audit logs https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/reports-monitoring/concept-audit-logs
Yes but unfortunately there isn't a thing about why a device was denied an access.
conditional access is for the user, so you must check for the user sign-in logs to know more about the conditional access logs.
Thanks, I've just found out that the policy was configured incorrectly.
