Thanks all, upgrading .NET framework to 4.8 resolved issue for me

i have newly installed windows 10 and upon installing teams in it its giving error
installation has failed
its there was an error while intalling the application check setup log

Thanks for posting your concern!
I would say that you need to upgrade your NET Framework version and then, try installing MS teams again....

From the errors, agree with ricardosolisvillegas that you may need to upgrade the .NET Framework on the machine. The .NET Framework 4.8 is the latest available version. You can download and install it, restart the computer and try it again to see if Teams application can be installed.
By the way, before the installation issue gets resolved, you can always use the Teams web client via https://teams.microsoft.com
