Win 10 no more workgroup, so what now???

I spent hours and hours and got nowhere.
My question is: how do I connect my PCs to see each other files?? Nothing I found on Internet or Microsoft's site works!

    HomeGroup has been removed from Windows 10 (Version 1803). For more info, see HomeGroup removed from Windows 10 (Version 1803).

    Here is the way to share files over a network in Windows 10.
