Power BI - Power Query -Data manipulation in a dataframe already in Power Query

Question

Is it possible to perform data manipulation of a table already connected in power query? All examples I saw using python, the script always imported a new dataset. However, I don't want to import a new dataset, I want to use one that I've already started dealing with in Power Query.
