Why cannot I see the certificates of the Education Centre in the new Learn after linking?

I have linked my old Microsoft Education Centre to the new Microsoft Learn Platform but my certificates are not available in the new version. I have followed all the steps for migration.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
