Abrir arquivo texto no ondedrive com vba

Question

Olá, Bom dia.
Tenho uma dúvida simples.
preciso ler e gravar um arquivi txt com VBA porém a planilha e arquivios estão no onedrive, quando tento abrir o path parece não ser reconhecido.
