0x800F0830 - 0x2003

Question

Hello, I was trying to reinstall windows 10 on my pc, because I'm having performance issues with windows 11, since I installed windows 11 4 months ago, i cant recover the previous build, so I tried Installing the ISO file and Installing windows 10 again, but i get this error 0x800F0830 - 0x2003. The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_UPDATES operation
