My exam not started tried 1 hour

My exam was scheduled for 18-Apr i was 30 min early i spend almost 1 and half hour to start the exam but due to some techinical issue exam is not started check with team multiple times i ask them to reschedule but they simply ask for trouble shoot again i have to follow all process which i did couple of times and at the end it is not restarting the exam application showing no exam scheduled
