My Bluetooth headphones (Philips tah4205) randomly disconnect from my laptop ( Asus VivoBook 15 ). The headphones work perfectly fine with both my phone and tablet, also other Bluetooth devices (speaker and some cheap earbuds) work fine with my laptop.
Things I've already tried:

  1. Bluetooth troubleshoot (both Asus and windows )
  2. Updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling them
  3. In Services setting Bluetooth services on automatic
  4. I saw that power management in the device manager solves the issue, but I don't have a power management tab.

    Hi Naa-4702,

If you encounter problem with pairing or connecting your Philips Bluetooth headphones with your computer, try the following.

Make sure both the headphone and the computer are properly charged.
On your computer, delete the headphone from the device list under Bluetooth.
Reset the headphone. (Refer to the user manual for the steps.)
Then, try to pair the headphone with the computer again. Below are some points to note.

Make sure to bring the headphone to pairing mode. (Refer to the user manual for the steps.)
Make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled in the computer.

Sometimes Windows can have an issue with built-in Bluetooth and certain devices. I suggest that you try an add in USB Bluetooth dongle instead.
