Azure Percept Not Turning On

Hi, I was trying to turn on Azure Percept with a 24V power supply by using a converter to step down to 19V but ended up shorting the converter board. After that happened, the Percept doesn't power on even when I use the power cable it comes with plugged into an outlet. Does the Percept come with some sort of surge protection and if so, how do I turn it back on? Or is it damaged for good?

It seems so far the options I have with call or chat require a serial number but I'm not sure which alphanumeric on the board is since the online checker said all the ones I entered are incorrect. I've attached a picture. Please let me know if I should be looking at a different part of the device but this is all I've seen.195300-img-5583.jpg

Have you tried enter specific model Number: either PE-101 or Azure Percept DK?

Hi yes I tried PE-101 and Azure Percept DK as well as the alphanumeric starting with CC and the two numbers on the bottom right :( Their interface doesn't allow you to talk to a support member otherwise.
