Time zone is not showing for the people whoese mailbox is available in On-prem.
I tried searching a lot but so far cannot find any official document explicitly stating if the time zone feature applies to on-prem mailboxes as well in hybrid Exchange environment. Then I tried checking it in a lab hybrid environment of mine and noticed that time zone is also not showing for users whose mailboxes are still in Exchange on-prem:
Considering that as other information displayed in the profile cards, normally administrators don't need to do anything to make local time appear, so according to the results we see, it seems to me that it's probably an expected behavior that the time zone feature is now only available to cloud users in a tenant.
