How to deploy Excel Javascipt Taskpane into prod?

I've developed excel javascript taskpane with vscode. But everytime i had to open it as administrator. if i start the file as user the add-ins not loading and gives error message.
How can i deploy/publish the file with taskpane so that other users can use it.?
