Can't get Location Service on

My customer requires me to turn on location service. We use autopilot with ESP and do skip all user selections, and that's why it is disabled by default. But I can't turn it on. I tried these settings today with Settings Catalog. The Geolocation service is running, but:

    @Pavel yannara Mirochnitchenko , Based on my test on my win10 21H2 device, when I set the same policy as yours and assign it to the user group, I find the location service is forced to on.

    To troubleshoot our issue, firstly, I would like to confirm if the policy is applied successfully on our device. Meanwhile, please check if there's any GPO configure location service assigned to this user.

    Hello @Crystal-MSFT and thanks for your help. Settings are applied, and probably the only difference is that I am using Settings Catalog and you are using admx templates? :o
