Problems with DFS Replication

File replication is configured in Windows Server 2012 R2 environment. Sometimes developers complain about file replication delays. At this time, I am seeing the appearance of DFSR 4412 messages reporting that some files are busy. In this case, the recommendation is just to wait.
But there were several cases when users complained about replication delays, but no messages about busy files were registered. When I subsequently run replication diagnostics from the DFS snap-in, the report says that everything is fine.
Are there any recommendations for such cases?
