Sharepoint user unable to upload documents

Hi everyone,

I have an internal sharepoint site with multiple lists and permission groups.
Different permission groups have access to different lists. All lists have unique permissions to with specific permissions groups.

Users in the permission groups have contribute rights.

The problem faced is that users are able to access the list but is unable to upload documents to the list.
Error message received was "don't have access to this page".

I found a similar problem here but there is no solution provided.

    Please check the following points to troubleshoot this issue:

    1.Could you tell me the issue that you faced is unable to upload files or unable to add attachments?
    2.If only this Library/List does not support uploading files?
    3.Cannot upload to this Library/List even if you select other files?
