Exchange 2016 - problem with send connector

Hi,

today I have got a problem with sending e-mails in my company.

Yesterday expired Microsoft Exchange Server Auth Certificate and I generated a new cert and replace it, but in queue I have a lot of mails:

I tried to change in send connector Host from antyspam for firewall, but this change give me result in send about 100 mail, and next it's stopped and the other way the same.

In smtp logs this looks like this:

What I need to do to solve this problem?

    Is there a Cisco ASA device or something in between stripping STARTTLS or other components affecting TLS handshake?
