I took my MOS:M exams back in 2019 and was officially issued Badges from Microsoft through Acclaim. I never had any Microsoft Learn account in the past however and now I would like to renew my certifications using the free online training and assessments. Currently on my new Microsoft Learn account I can see no Badges or Certificates, despite the system saying it found something along the lines of a Verified Certificate Account. However, on my certificate dashboard, when clicking on the Badges page, I see nothing, and the Certificate page sends me to a black screen that I can't seem to get past (using Firefox and Chrome browsers).
