Googles .com not working but .cm or anything else is

Question

So this is an odd one (or at least for me it is) on my network we have WAP's setup and one of them wont connect to google.com but will connect to any other counties (.cm, .cl etc.) this only happens on one WAP its a Cisco Aironet 1250 Series Access Point. I should say as well that the error you get in your browser is

www.google.com took to long to respond

Try

  - Checking the connection

  - Checking the proxy and fire wall

  - Running the Windows Network Diagnostics 

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

There are time where it will connect but shortly after it will no longer work. I've tried flushing DNS both locally and on the server. I'm not too familiar with the router so i may be missing something there. this also happens on the network with a wired connection but not to every user. that made me think its a issue with the browser but they are all up to date and I cleared all cashes but it still happens.my own workstation has not experienced this issue, that make this problem even weirder for me. any help would be appreciated.

ping google.com -t
or
ping 142.250.113.101 -t
