Hi
I have a scheduled exam today which I Need to reschedule due to network issues at my place . Kindly help as the Pearson support person informed that they can't do that as it less than 24 hours. I also tried to reschedule yesterday but was getting err. Kindly help ASAP.

I have a schedule exam appointment tomorrow but am unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. i was also trying to cancel it but it was not possible due to bad network. please help to cancel it on my behalf. t
Unfortunately @Sakshi Singhal you can't. It is very clearly written in their policy (link below) and they also copy the explicit paragraph (also below) when they send a confirmation mail to you.
NOTE: If you do not cancel or reschedule with 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled exam appointment, you will forfeit your exam fee and/or your company may incur a charge.
