azure account

Question

I want to use Azure to prepare for the AI 102 certification and carry out the labs,
I couldn't create an account because I don't have a USD bank card because I live in Tunisia. please validate my registration amine_smaoui@réalisations .fr.

Hello AMINESMAOUI-8535,

usually, Azure requires a Credit or Debit card with a Number formatted like this: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.
I also live outside the USA and don't have a USD card, but still it worked fine for me.

Without a Credit or Debit card with the Number formatted like above, there is no way I would know of for an individual to work in Azure.
