Same meeting ID

We have some issues with the conference ID when a user books different meetings.Each user books your meeting and the conference IDis different for everyone, but if a user books a meeting in different hours, the meeting generates the same confetence ID.Anyone know what happened and how can we resolve it?

    You can use the Skype for Business admin center and Windows PowerShell to view, change, and reset conference ID. For more information, you can read this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/audio-conferencing-in-office-365/see-change-and-reset-a-conference-id-assigned-to-a-user#to-reset-the-conference-id.

    Please note that after a new conference ID is created or one is reset, the old conference ID can’t be used by callers. You should notify users to reschedule their existing meeting invites to make sure the new conference ID is added to the invitations.
