when i am trying to apply KB5012596, it keeps saying it is not applicable, than i tried to apply latest SSU, it is still showing the same error, not sure why, and how i can apply these updates?

it says hot fix is not recognise as external or internal command,
I have also tried replacing it with the kb number but same error

Ok, so it's never been patched. The simplest solution is to turn on automatic updating and let windows handle it.
