I have recently been informed by the Texas Comptrollers office that I am owed a refund of $79.80 by Microsoft Corp from 2010. I am required to provide documentation of any transaction with Microsoft. As you might understand, I have no idea what this might pertain. Is there a phone contact I might call to get the needed documentation or possibly an easier solution.
