I would like to know if exist a solution to do a centralized deployment of a LDAP address book in Outlook (Exchange Server).

Welcome to our forum!
As I know, we can add the LDAP address book in Outlook manually via File>Account Setting>Account Settings…>Address Books tab>New… and choose Internet Directory Service(LDAP). For reference: LDAP in Outlook 2013 & 2016 (Windows).

However, although I have done a lot of research, I still haven't found a centralized deployment method. Considering that may require integration on Exchange and is related to development, I will add "office-exchange-server-dev" to better solve your problem.

Unfortunately I also realized that it is necessary to have a special development to automate this setting on several hundreds of users :-(
