SSRS - Report Options no loading

SSRS SQL Server 2016

I'm suddenly unable to open the report options for my paginated reports.195652-ssrs-unable-to-open-menu.jpg

It just spins. I don't really want to reboot the DB server in the middle of the day, but if I have to I will. I've never seen this before and haven't even seen it reported.

The reports will execute, both scheduled and on demand -- as far as I can tell this is just affecting the options menus.

    I found a post similar to your issue ，hope it will help you：can-not-open-the-drop-down-arrow-besides-the-report-in-ssrs-report-manager-to-ad

    Try adding your report server URL to your list of compatibility view sites. I experienced the same issue on our 2008 report server.
