MS Teams Dial Out not working

Please I need your help on this.

We recently purchased the Dial-Out feature for MS Teams. Calling out from Teams is not working.

What is your purchased dial-out feature in your description?

Are you call the external user from Teams client?

Could you provide your license in your organization to us?

You could run the following command to check your dial out policy:
Get-CSOnlineDialOutPolicy -Identity Global

Each parameter you could find from the following picture：

Is this happening when using MS teams web browser or using MS teams app?
Is this license for Direct routing or calling plan?

Did you check if the users are assigned to TeamsAudioconferencingPolicy?

Or

Did you configured a custom policy?
