RODC Replication Connections

Hi,

I just promoted a RODC. It only created one replication connection to a writable domain controller named "RODC Connection (SYSVOL)". I tried to create another replication connection to another domain controller and set the option of the link to 0x40 as recommended. When I force replication, I get the common error stating "The naming context is in the process of being removed". It seems the manual replication connection is not working.

Any advice?
