Bug 2927184: Visual Studio 2022 hung indefinitely when checking-in code

Description
Visual Studio hung when checking-in code. This is the first time I've tried to check-in code from the Surface, so I don't know if this is a recurring problem or not. However, it's stuck "Writing objects 6/6". It does not recover even after waiting for an hour plus.
Repro Steps
Check-in code. Notice that Visual Studio hangs and gives a busy message if you click anywhere in the Visual Studio window.
Recovery Steps
Kill Visual Studio and try again.

    Visual studio 2019 is 10000000 times better than visual studio 2022. Intellisesense very very slow, automatic corrections very very very slow.
    Bug when working with razor.
    I wonder if you have tested this product before launching it or have you made a release with your eyes closed.
    It is very tedious work with it
