LSI MegaRAID Storage Manager Software Source for PERC H310

I need to reinstall LSI MegaRAID Storage Manager Software for use with PERC H310 on
Windows 10 Home. I'm using a Dell T3600.

Does anyone know where this is available, or a substitute?

I have looked and looked, with no help from Dell.

    I found the software on the dell support site under my service tag's driver list.
    It's called "Dell Precision Adapter Driver". Only it's not only a driver. It contains
    the LSI MegaRAID Storage Manager Software.

    This is installed in addition to what dell calls
    "Dell Perc8 H310 Adapter Firmware For Precision Workstation"
