Hi @mohamedab It's related to your Azure AD sign in. I see the same thing when I look at mysignins, and I'm not doing anything all day except using O365 and Azure. Remember that even after you sign in your token must be refreshed occasionally and Microsoft Account Controls will play a part in that. Does this answer your question?

I never saw this pop up on my log in history until someone started logging in on my account without my knowledge. This only showed up on "their" log in (the device and application the hacker was logging in on), like they created a profile/access on this app or logging processor, for their protection or something to help them keep on my account if I were to change my password or anything of the sort. If that makes sense? I am not saying that you are wrong or that there is not more than one reason this could pop up in this area, I am sure there are many reasons this could appear. But one of those reasons seems to be when I got hacked.
Can you help me figure it out? Please!!

I also have this on my resent activities, but I have no history of it on Azure. Why is that? Also, I am just finding out about Azure and what it can do, but it seems that my whole company directory is on my page. Is that normal? Even if I have never used or taken any classes that have to do with Azure? Honestly, I am still trying to figure out what the purpose is. Seems like it allows you tokens to get into social media and apparently my work station, which is odd. How do I find out who has been using my account? The active guide said it's the same IP address but I don't buy it. And at times I get signed in to different browsers, and applications, seconds from each sigh in. Why is that? Any help would be appreciated.

I have had a troll signing into my account using the Microsoft Account Controls V2, Microsoft App Access Panel, AMC PROD, My Profile (probably legit), Office 365 Exchange Online (unsuccessful), Windows Sign In, and more methods. Over 150 tries, from South Carolina (where I live) to Japan and Canada. I think those are fake. But I must change my bank account login every day. We've hired an IT company - no one knows what to do! This invasion of privacy is driving me crazy and taking up HOURS of time. These Blob-humans are a waste of oxygen for our planet. They do nothing but disrupt our lives. Sorry for the vent...any tips?
