Recent Windows 11 Update Breaks Apps and Search

I am enrolled into the Windows Insider Program. Normally this has not caused me any major issues, but a recent update seems to have broken everything. I am now stuck, and not sure what options are available to recover my PC. The search option on the taskbar does not open anymore, and while the windows logo on the taskbar does open, I cannot type anything. All of the Windows apps crash right after loading, and I can no longer open the Settings app. I can still do some things like open folders and files, chrome, and a terminal, but it seems that with each reboot something else breaks, and I am not quite sure how it got to this point or what to do to fix it. I was hoping Microsoft would push a fix soon, but my PC is becoming more and more unusable and I need to looking into other options. I was wondering if there is anyone who could help me resolve this issue. I am hoping not to have to reset my PC, but if that is my last resort, then I will.

Try performing a Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?
    Take a look at:

Try run the following command in the terminal:

    sfc /scannow

Press enter and let it runs.
