Unknown authenticator pop-up request

My authentication app pops up a login verification request from time to time, but I didn't initiate a login.
So I will choose to refuse it. At the same time, when I go to the app to check the recent activities of the account, I cannot see a record of login failure at that time.

I think my password is secure enough, it's around 20 digits and contains a variety of characters.

I would like to ask if anyone else has a similar situation?

    Thanks for your feedback.

    I would like to double confirm if when you mentioned " when I go to the app to check the recent activities of the account".... Are you referring to the MFA authenticator app?

    Also, I wonder if you had any chance to review your user activity history on the Azure AD as well.
