Hi,

I have been trying to add a custom domain to my newly created API Management Service but every time I click save I get the following error:

Unable to Update API service at this time. Please open a support case for your API management service using the Azure portal. Please provide correlationId 1c9a486b-5c51-4dec-b348-9203c18b5930 and TimeStamp 4/23/2022 7:17:27 AM.

I've deleted and recreated the service a few times and still get the same issue. This is all through the Portal.

Thanks

@Brenton Wong , As per the latest update, the issue is from Digi cert. Once the issue is mitigated from Digi Cert end you will be able to add custom domain to APIM instance using Managed Certificate.
I will update this thread once the issue is mitigated from Digi cert end. Unfortunately as of now we don't have any way to track/ETA from the Digi cert end.
