error 0x80072F8F

Question

I have a pretty old Packard bell PC-EasyNote TV44HC
Wanted to upgrade from W7 -> W10. Got me a license but get error 0x80072f8f-0x2000 when installing the help programs. Please note I have very limited IT-knowledge if none.
