Hi there,

last week (4/21/2022) we were randomly observing an 520 error in our Logic Apps during a Dataverse Update action with the message:

{
      "Message": "API Hub token exchange internal server failure.",
      "SourceUri": "https://logic-apis-westeurope.token.azure-apim.net/tokens/logic-apis-westeurope/commondataservice/d94ce4081ac14977b589dc9e8d271e7e/exchange",
      "IsCachedResponse": "false"
    }

This error rose randomly during that day on our production environment. Retries ran successfully.
Did anyone else observe the same problem that day? Is it a bug with Logic App flows or with Dataverse respectively? And may it happen again or may we just ignore it because it's known and fixed?

Thanks for any help.

Kind regards,
Lisa

    @Lisa-Marie Krause Apology for the delay and inconvenience due to this issue. This issue was caused on 21st April due to the backend resources that are used for logic app services for the West Europe region. The product team is further investigating the root cause and will be taking the necessary actions to reduce these occurrences in the near future.
    We are continuously working on improving the platform and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.
