Renew AZ 204 certification error

Hello
I am unable to attempt renewal exam for my AZ 204 certification. I get the option to renew in my certification dashboard. However, when it navigates to the renewal page, I get the error "Sorry, this renewal is not accessible at this time"

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with certification renewal in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
