Does this issue persist all the time?
Are there any error messages when they lost access to the meeting?
Does this issue only happened in guest users?
If the user got Stuck in the Microsoft Teams Lobby, you could try to follow these steps to see if it can be reproduced:
- Open the MS Teams Admin Center and change the settings.
- Then navigate to Meetings (left pane) and select Meeting policies.
- Under Participants & Guests, locate this option: Automatically admit people.
- Set this option to Everyone. Check if the issue is gone.
- Meanwhile, you may want to set Allow dial-in users to bypass the lobby to Everyone as well.
