Teams calls dropping cannot parse call history

Hello Teams Community,

Please I need your help on this.

Calls will randomly drop when calling into the call queue. Have pulled the logs to see what's going on and the following issue pops up again and again.

The call flow goes as follows:

External ->> Auto attendant –> Call Group (Distribution Group)

The issue occurs during the connection process when the Auto Attendant is calling the Call group.

The call will drop and as no user has picked up the call yet there is no history of the call.

The setup is using Microsoft Calling plans.
