Internet Explorer Not Responding

From last few days, Internet Explorer has stopped working.
It opens in a Hang state the window appears like this 21812-screenshot.png

It stays in same state for a while and closes automatically.
There is no crash dump generated (I have that enabled).

things I've tried are :

  1. Reset Internet Explorer from inetcpl.cpl > Advance > Reset (all options checked)
  2. Disabled all addons, only IEToEdge BHO is enabled
  3. Remove and install IE from windows features
  4. Remove any recently installed applications
  5. Performed temp files and cache clearing.

So far nothing seems to have worked.

I test many of my web-application from IE only (because of legacy apps & ActiveX support), and this has been a show-stopper for me. Please Help.
