Xcel Spreadsheet Pages

I noticed, after several Microsoft Updates (Windows 10) that my Xcel Spreadsheet program no longer
provides for different pages/books (switch between pages within the same xcel spreadsheet file). Thought
I could load an old copy (template) from a backup disk. But, they no longer have the pages/books feature.

Has that been discontinued. Or, is there a feature/option I need to turn on that I was not aware of before?

I've lost a lot of data/equations (when using data between pages) with the loss of the pages feature.

    Hi @John Smith ,
What version of Office are you using?
Did you mean the feature in Excel 2010 as shown in the following picture:

This feature is removed after Office 2010, if my understanding is incorrect you can try to provide a screenshot or be a bit more precise to explain your problem so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem. I’m glad to help and follow up your reply.

    Hello:

Thanks for your prompt reply. After rooting around on my system, I've come to the following conclusion (possibly incorrect).

My computer is running Windows 10 Pro version 21H2. The Microsoft Office Excel is 2007 version 12.0.6612.1000.

However, the Excel files that had their Sheet/data/equations/links deleted were Excel 97-2003. I had created
these files on old computers running Windows 97 & Windows 7. Rather than recreating those Excel Spreadsheets and data all over again on newer computers I simply copied them across from backup disks.

I took a look at the Excel spreadsheet currently installed on my Windows 10 system. It does have the Sheet feature still available.

So, I suspect that some recent Cumulative/Quality update for Windows 10 version 21H2 possible cancelled the Excel Sheet feature for Excel 97-2003 versions.

So, it appears that I will have to open new Excel 2007 Spreadsheets with the Sheet feature and try to add back all the lost data/equations/links as best I can.

    Thanks.

    John Smith.
