The credentials supplied to the package were not recognized after activate Hello for business

Hello,
after I have rolled out Hello for business via intune, one user gets the error message:
"The credentials supplied to the package were not recognised".
Other users on the same PC can connect without any problems.

Other users too. What could be the reason for this?
After a system restore, it worked again for a short time until the policy was synchronised with Intune again.

A new system restore now unfortunately fails and I hope there is another solution than to reset the system completely.

    Hi there,

    There is a known bug with key trust authentication on Server 2019 so be sure you have KB44887044 installed in order to fix that issue.

    Microsoft has a pretty good page documenting known issues with deploying Hello for Business, so definitely check that page first to see if your issue is listed there.
