    This option is not available in the Microsoft Edge and you won't be able to customize it.

    I agree with Reza-Ameri's answer. You can't customize the PDF viewer toolbar.

    You can also provide feedback to Edge team by pressing Alt+Shift+I in Edge and through the Microsoft Edge Insider forum.
