Triggering mail from ASP.net Core MVC application, using Exchange.WebServices.Managed.Net5(https://www.nuget.org/packages/Exchange.WebServices.Managed.Net5/2.2.0).Intermittently getting the System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object., Sometimes mail gets send even after the exception. Why this error and how can it be solve?

Do you know which line of code will show this exception? Try to use the Logging to collect the log information and capture which line of code will show this exception. If the issue relates the code written by yourself, you could add a condition statement to check whether the object is null before using it. Else if the issue relates the Exchange.WebServices.Managed.Net5, since it is a third party package, you'd better to contact the owner.
