Not able to link Personal and corporate accounts

Hi,
I am trying to avail certification discount voucher after linking my corporate mail with microsoft account(which is created using personal id).
However i am not able to do so.Its showing "Cannot link accounts".
I got this error message after entering the code which i got in corporate mail.

Please fix and provide resolution to this issue.
