Speech Studio error with larger files

Hi! I've been able to use Speech Studio to transcribe large audio files (up to 2-hour) when I created a Speech-to-text resource in the fall of 2021. It worked flawlessly.

However, when I try it again now (April 2022), it reverts to a page saying the service is unavailable if the audio file is over 20 minutes long.

I've tested it with a 19-minute file.

But for a larger file, here is the error screen I get:

Both files are in the correct format (.wav, 16-bit, 8MHz, mono PCM).
How can I make Speech Studio to work again with larger files?
