Visual Studio 2019 - Having Error Issue With Build

When I try to use Build with Visual Studio 2019 I get this error message

It says the build tools for llvm can't be found, but when I try to install llvm.vsix I get this error message

    Hi @John Smith ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Where did you download this LLVM.vsix extension? From here: LLVM Compiler Toolchain? If so, this extension only works with Visual Studio 2017, you may need to install LLVM.vsix extension which supports Visual Studio 2019(if you are using VS 2019).
