Standalone application does not work for one user only

Hello,

In a Laptop with Windows 10 Enterprise joined to domain , a standalone program is installed and it is working for the domain users except only one domain user.

1.Compared the working user and non-working user domain rights , found all are same.
2.Cleared the profile for the affected user
3.Added the non-working user domain id to the local administrators group in the laptop
4.Disabled UAC

Tried in another Laptop of same configuration domain joined, it is not working for that particular domain user.

Any help is greatly appreciated

You can't just say "does not work". That is meaningless. Forum users have no way of knowing what your application is doing.

Ask the developer to troubleshoot the application. Have him/her add logging to the program. You have to find the root error.

Trace the program with Process monitor and see what it does.

Review the trace with the developer. Verify that the program can access all of the files that it needs to access.
