Create Custom Keyword Model Taking more than 6 days

I created a Custom Keyword Model and set it to the Advanced type. It said it should only take 24 to 48 hours. It has been processing for over 6 days. What can I do?

@Robert Lewit I believe you are trying to create a model from the speech studio? In which region is your resource created?
It shouldn't really take so much time to process the model. Is it possible to create another model with basic type and check if it works instead of advanced?

I am processing the West US 2 Region. Yes I have tried 2 Basic Models and they were finished processing in less than 10 minutes.

@Robert Lewit Based on the investigation of the team the West us2 region is currently having issues with compute linked to this process that is causing the training to be delayed or fail. A fix is identified and will be rolled out at the end of May 2022. As a workaround you can use East US region if you have another resource available to use with the training. I will update this thread when the fix is rolled out so you could try again with West US2 region. Thanks again for reporting this issue.

@Robert Lewit We have confirmation that a fix is now rolled out for this issue, and you should be able to submit an advanced type custom keyword model in your region West US2 that should be completed successfully. Could you please try and let us know if it succeeds?
